Shipping policy

At this time, Peck Cottage Studio only ships to the United States.  

Please allow up to seven business days for the creation of made-to-order/custom rug hooking patterns.

In-stock orders are processed in two business days.  Shipping is standard, and may typically run 3-4 business days in addition to processing.  (Please note that there have been recent delays with the USPS, therefore delivery dates may vary.  Please check your tracking number to verify progress and the status of your package.)

Your item will be insured.  If there is any damage in transit, you will need to contact the USPS to file a claim.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based according to the overall weight of the product(s) in your shopping cart.

Pick-up/delivery for larger items can be arranged if you are near the 24090 zip code.  Contact us before placing an order if you wish to go this route.
